Metal roofs can last for decades, but one common issue is the fasteners, thousands of screws that can rust, loosen, or back out over time. Each one creates a potential entry point for water, and tracking down the exact source of a leak becomes a major challenge. To address these concerns, we recently converted a metal roof to a TPO membrane system. TPO provides a seamless surface, better energy efficiency, and fewer points of failure, plus it comes with a 20-year manufacturer's warranty for long-term peace of mind.

We're excited to share our recent roof project at the historic Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, established in 1836 as the HJ Brown Coffin House. Did you know? Brown-Wynne is Raleigh & Wake County's oldest operating business and North Carolina's oldest operating funeral establishment. Founded by Henry J. Brown, this local landmark has a rich history of innovation and service.

From transferring 267 Confederate soldiers in 1868 to introducing motor-driven hearses in 1915, Brown-Wynne has always been at the forefront of change. Today, as a Dignity Memorial Provider, they continue to uphold their legacy of exceptional service.

We are proud to have contributed to preserving this piece of Raleigh's history by replacing a large area of an older roof with new insulation and a TPO membrane.

G3 Roofing recently installed a new 60ML TPO membrane roof system on a 82,000 SF office and warehouse for Newcomb and Company, a leading HVAC and plumbing service provider in North Carolina. Established by Charles A. Bo Newcomb in 1954, Newcomb pioneered the heating, cooling, and plumbing services within the Raleigh area. He soon expanded to Wilmington, where the company continues with its commitment to deliver the best possible service and unparalleled quality while bringing comfort to our whole community.

G3 is back in action at another one of Carolina Hosiery Mills' buildings in Graham, NC. We've just completed a new roof on a 40,000-square-foot warehouse. Our aim is to continually strengthen our relationships and foster repeat business with our valued customers.

Troxler Electronic Laboratories, Inc., a world leader in manufacturing testing/quality control measurement equipment for the construction industry, traces its roots back to a small basement in Raleigh, North Carolina. Under the guidance of Mr. Troxler, the company pioneered the development and production of nuclear testing and measuring devices for the construction and agricultural industries.

Today, occupying a 110,000 square feet facility with over 100 employees, Troxler Electronic Laboratories, Inc. sets the industry standard for Nuclear Moisture/Density Gauges globally. In addition to nuclear gauges, they also excel in producing Gyratory Compactors and Asphalt Ignition Ovens. With a commitment to quality and precision, Troxler continues to innovate and define new product standards.

G3 Roofing recently had the privilege of installing a new TPO membrane roof on Troxler Electronic Laboratories, Inc.'s office and facilities, preserving Mr. Troxler's legacy for years to come.

Featuring our recent work at Wilkinson Supply, a 82,000 square foot metal warehouse and office roof that is being converted to a 60ML TPO membrane roof. Metal-to-membrane conversions are an excellent way to provide a new roof system over an existing older metal roof at very affordable prices vs replacing the metal roof.

A little history about Wilkinson Supply Company: Established in 1965, Wilkinson has been providing the Triangle area with plumbing solutions for over 50 years. What started as a small business owned by Bill and Martha Wilkinson, Wilkinson Supply is now celebrating its third generation of family ownership and stands tall as one of the biggest suppliers in North Carolina today with four supply warehouses spanning across Raleigh, Durham, Wilson, Carrboro, and Chapel Hill.

We are proud to partner with local companies like Wilkinson Supply to give them overhead protection for generations to come.

This project was a real joy. Last year, we were awarded the
IB Systems Silicone Coated Project of the year for this
massive 79,000 square foot roof.

Our Highlands Garden project has come to a close. Check out this beautiful cedar roof completed with modern metal accents. But it's not just a pretty sight - cedar roofs also offer a host of benefits like superb thermal insulation that can greatly reduce energy costs. Did you know that cedar offers twice the insulation of asphalt shingles? Plus, cedar shingles are highly resistant to water and storms and can be installed year-round without the need for sealants. Best of all, cedar is built to last! This durable, strong material can withstand the elements for 20-30 years.
